America Saves' "Home Wealth Estimator" is a two part financial calculator. In the first part, you can determine your current home wealth (equity). If you wish, you can then proceed to the second part of the Estimator to determine your future home wealth , based on the characteristics of your home mortgage.

PLEASE READ THIS: Keep in mind that future home wealth estimates depend on one unknown characteristic which you must estimate - annual increases in the market value of your property.
