ASW2016 Savings Focus: Saving Automatically

America Saves Week is finally here, and we are excited that our Day 1 savings focus hones in on the importance - and benefits - of saving automatically.

If you’ve already taken the America Saves pledge or have been a regular reader of the America Saves blog, you’ve heard this message loud and clear: automatic savings is our favorite wealth-building method, it’s also the easiest and most effective way to save. It can be hard to put aside money for savings, but by employing this easy method, you can save money without ever missing it – make your savings automatic in 2016.

We have two great Twitter chats happening today! First, Jose Fulgencio will be continuing to live-tweet today until 5:00 pm Central. You can find him at #Save4You or at @joseful. Then, this afternoon at 3:00 pm Eastern, you can find America Saves on Twitter for #ASW2016, our annual America Saves Week kick-off chat. If you're unable to join us for these chats, check out the full list of nationwide events and activities to get involved in the Week.
